Role Overview

We're looking for a Product Designer who can shape the entire user experience of our platform, from first interaction to daily use.

This is not a pixel-pushing role. You will own design end-to-end, from user research and information architecture to interaction design and polished visual output.

You'll work at the intersection of UX strategy, visual design, and product thinking, crafting interfaces that make complex compliance workflows feel simple, trustworthy, and effortless.

What You'll Do

• Own the design process from discovery through delivery for key product surfaces
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and tokens
• Design intuitive flows for complex workflows (identity verification, compliance dashboards, onboarding)
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve shipped designs
• Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and performance in every design decision

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual craft
• Deep proficiency in Figma, components, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping
• Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B products
• Solid understanding of design systems and component-driven design
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, approachable interfaces
• Comfort working directly with engineers and understanding frontend constraints
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys)
• Strong typography, layout, and color sense
