The rate card above is the whole public price list. This is how it is applied, what counts as a billable check, and how enterprise agreements differ.
Pay per verification, in credits
Every check consumes credits from a balance you top up. The rate card above shows the per-verification price for each service at the volume you select, and the price per verification falls as monthly volume rises.
Business: self-serve, free to start
Sign up, configure a policy and run verifications from the dashboard or the API. KYC is free up to the monthly allowance shown in the selector; above it you pay per verification and top up by card. Liveness, AML screening, proof of address and KYB are add-ons priced per check.
Enterprise: custom terms, invoiced in arrears
Enterprise agreements are pay as you go, invoiced monthly in arrears against actual usage, with volume pricing, custom SLAs, named support and integration scope agreed in the contract. Volumes above 5,000 verifications a month are enterprise territory.
KYB is priced per jurisdiction
A business verification purchases the authoritative register record live, and registers charge differently by country, so KYB is priced per jurisdiction rather than at one flat rate. Ownership discovery through parent companies and trusts is metered per hop behind a cost preview: you see the estimated credits before the trace runs and set a budget it cannot exceed.
What is billed, and what is not
A sandbox verification is recorded at zero credits when the person being verified is internal to your organisation, which the platform decides by matching the identity against your team members or their email domain. Sandbox runs against anyone else are billed like production, because they consume the same document, biometric and data-source calls, and during a trial every sandbox event consumes trial credits. Transaction monitoring backtests are free: replay any rule over stored transactions before it goes live at no charge.
Model cost per onboarded customer, not per check
The number that matters is what you pay for a customer who completes onboarding and stays. A cheap check with high abandonment or a high false-positive rate costs more per onboarded customer than a slightly dearer one that converts. Our guide to KYC cost per customer works the arithmetic.

KYB is priced per jurisdiction because the register record is purchased live and registers charge differently by country. Ownership discovery through holding companies and trusts is metered per hop, and the dashboard shows a cost preview and lets you cap the credit budget before the trace runs. A multi-layer group across several countries therefore costs more than a single domestic company, and you see the estimate first.
The dashboard, API, webhooks, hosted flows and SDKs are included on every tier. Enterprise agreements can add named support, custom SLAs and integration work, priced in the contract rather than as a standing fee.
