Role Overview

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline and fuel our growth engine.

This is not a script-reading role. You will own outbound prospecting end-to-end, researching target accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and booking meetings that convert into real opportunities.

You'll work at the intersection of creative outreach, market intelligence, and sales strategy, becoming the first point of contact for future Zyphe customers.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts in fintech, banking, and regulated industries
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) with personalized messaging
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them efficiently to Account Executives
  • Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff with detailed context
  • Test and iterate on messaging, subject lines, and outreach sequences
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback and content ideas
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to sharpen targeting
  • Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets

What We're Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, you write messages people actually reply to
  • Resilience and persistence, you don't take rejection personally
  • Genuine curiosity about compliance, fintech, and identity verification
  • Comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and activity tracking
  • Coachable mindset, eager to learn, iterate, and improve rapidly
  • Previous SDR or sales experience is a plus but not required for exceptional candidates
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
